Genotype for C57BL/6J-Tg(MafA-KOr)DIuhw (RBRC10456). Five mice were genetically positive. Now the transgenic mice are being cleaned by RIKEN-BRC with kind assistance with Jichi Medical University.
研究室の初回PCRは、マウス系統C57BL/6J-Tg(MafA-KOr)DIuhw (RBRC10456)のgenotype。5匹のマウスが陽性。マウスは現在、自治医科大学のご協力を得て、理化学研究所バイオリソース研究センターでクリーンアップ中です。
