医学部解剖学講座解剖学部門（旧第2解剖学講座）は昭和47年の開学以来、間藤方雄初代教授、大河原重雄第二代教授、野田泰子第三代教授のもとで、マクロ解剖学、発生学を担当してきました。現在はこれら科目に加えて、神経解剖学マクロ実習と生命科学1の一部を担当しています。このうち1年生の秋から行われるマクロ解剖学実習は、自治医科大学独自の篤志団体である松韻会によって支えられています。つまり実習は、生前に献体登録を頂いた松韻会会員の皆さまのご遺体によって成り立っており、松韻会は医学教育に大きく貢献しています。大学院医学研究科では、修士課程の研究指導科目である構造機能生命科学演習、博士課程人間生物学系の専門講義科目である構造解析学講義、博士課程人間生物学系の研究指導科目である構造解析学研究を担当しています。
 
Since the establishment of School of Medicine in 1972, the division of cell biology & anatomy, formerly the 2nd anatomy department, has been in change of education of anatomy and embryology under the guidance of the first professor, Dr. Masao Matou, the second professor, Dr. Shigeo Okawara, and the third professor, Dr. Yasuko Noda. Currently, in addition to these subjects, we are also in charge of neuroanatomy and life science I partly. Among these subjects, anatomy, which begins in the fall of the first year, is supported by the Jichi Medical University's own voluntary organization, Shoinkai. The education of anatomy is made possible by the bodies of Shoinkai members who registered as donors while they were alive, which makes a great contribution to medical education. In the Graduate School of Medicine, we are in charge of the Structural and Functional Biology Practical Seminar, which are research guidance subjects for the Master's program. We are also in charge of Anatomy and Cell Biology Lectures and Anatomy and Cell Biology Research Seminar, which are specialized subjects for the Doctoral Program.
